Oumar is a seasoned logistics specialist with more than 15 years of hands-on experience operating across West Africa’s most challenging environments. From 2016 to 2019, he served as the primary logistics coordinator for U.S. Air Force operations in Niger, overseeing transportation between Niamey and Agadez and delivering critical supplies to remote desert regions.
He has successfully managed multi-million-dollar contracts and led logistics missions across four countries, consistently delivering results in high-risk, austere locations.
